We love our cabin and enjoy sharing it with lots of folks.  But, just like in your home, there are
some house requirements you need to be aware of. In addition, we're providing a copy
of our Rental Agreement which you will be asked to sign.
We don't like anyone to be surprised so please give this a look and don't hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.
       


PLEASE READ these booking and rental conditions carefully. 

-- Renter acknowledges and will abide by Owner's booking and rental requirements, conditions listed here and the terms of the Rental Agreement. Rental Agreement will be sent for e-signature and must be signed and returned within 48 hours for booking to be accepted.
-- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and be in residence at the cabin for the entire duration of the rental period. (No 3rd party bookings.)
-- Primary renter must provide a copy of driver's license (you may black out license number for security).
-- Credit card used for all payments must be in the name of Primary Renter and must match name on driver's license provided.
-- Sevier County charges a 3% lodging tax and a 2.75% Sales Tax.  The State of Tennessee charges a 7% Sales Tax.  Renter agrees to pay taxes as required by local and state governments.
-- Primary renter must provide a valid email address for e-signing documents.
-- No smoking anywhere on property.
-- No pets/animals permitted.
-- Absolutely no house parties or events without written pre-approval from owner.
-- No occupancy above stated limit of 10. This includes all adults and children.
-- NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY on property or adjacent public right of way. Primary Renter is fully responsible and liable for any illegal activity by the renter or anyone is Renter's party.
-- It is the responsibility of the Primary Renter (person signing the rental agreement) to advise ALL members of their party of house rules and conditions of the Rental Agreement.
-- Check-in is any time AFTER 4:00 PM eastern time. Check-out is 10 AM eastern time. Late check outs will be subject to additional charges including forfeiture of deposit.
-- Primary Renter and Renter's guests agree to maintain a proper water level in hot tub and follow all instructions/warnings found in Rental Agreement.
-- Use of property, grounds, amenities, fireplace, appliances, hot tub, grill, etc. is strictly at Renter's own risk. Minors must be supervised at all times by a parent or adult guardian.

We try to keep this agreement as up to date as possible, but owner reserves the right

to modify agreement.  Please make sure to thoroughly review the one sent to you before signing.
